In 2014 I finished 2nd in my age group for the cyclo-cross, then I had a fall and broke my elbow and was upset it would stop me racing, but I trained hard on the turbo with my pot on, the pot came off two days before my first National race where I was 2nd, which I was delighted with.
I have had a very good year on the road, I won the under 8 Croft series, also taking the overall points trophy. I won North East Youth League for U8's and I rode most of the National Series around the country.
My highlights where the Isle of Man youth tour which was a 3 day GC event. I also podiumed at other events in this series, including coming 2nd in a sprint in the North West Youth Tour.
In 2015 I hope to ride well as a first year under 10 and race with the bunch in a National Series, getting me ready for the following year when i am at the top of the race category. I love racing bikes, especially road and cyclo-cross, and interested in any type of cycling, I am looking forward to riding for Achieve Skinnergate Racing.
